GREEN PIEKER PASTA

With only these few ingredients you can win effortlessly on this "Meatless Monday"!

Serves 4 to 6 people



INGREDIENTS:

500g Egg Tagliatelle Pasta

2x Pieker Prepared Avocado pockets (we used Shisa!)

250ml Creme Fraishe


METHOD:

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and oil

In a mixing bowl, combine the 2 Avo pockets with the creme fraishe.

Once pasta is cooked keep 300ml of the pasta water and mix into the green avo paste.

Mix together the cooked pasta and your Pieker pasta sauce.

Finish with a swizz of macadamia oil

Garnish with fresh avocado, crushed pecan nuts fresh chillies to taste!
