If you haven't tried to incorporate avocado with something sweet, this is the simplest way to do it, and RIDICULOUSLY delicious!!!
These two SUPER FOODS will leave you feeling great with loads of energy.
Instructions:
1x small Avocado
2x small bananas
Enough for one person
Add ingredients to a mixer and add about 200ml water (you can add any dairy product like milk or yogurt if you like) and blitz until smooth.
Top with crushed almonds & pecan nuts or any breakfast mix of your choice.
